2017 Farm Aid Logo
For this logo, the client wanted to feature the dairy side of Pennsylvania, as it was held in Pittsburgh, PA. So a cow is the star of this logo… a cow made up of elements that represent Pittsburgh, specifically — the ears show the (literal) bridge between rural and urban life, and the head are the three rivers, that meet in Pittsburgh, intertwined.
The logo was featured in all advertising and promotional materials, including a spot on the Today Show. Like the other event logos, it was pictured behind the acts on stage during the show, on signage, social media, t-shirts, posters… even welcome mats used throughout the backstage and trailers.
